Design Lead, Art Director / Microsoft Commercial Brand Studio 2016-2024

Developed and implemented brand design systems aligned with business goals across multiple channels, establishing a core visual language and guidelines to ensure consistency for diverse audiences. Researched and analyzed existing brand systems to strengthen storytelling, and managed projects end to end, from concepting and mood boards to layouts, presentations, and final execution. Created animation storyboards for digital and social content to guide internal and external teams, and produced scalable digital marketing templates and toolkits for designers and partners. Designed high-impact social content and campaigns that drove engagement and revenue, including a Windows 11 pilot that achieved an 800% increase in engaged contacts over agency-produced content.
